Anyone breaking the rules of the Park should be automatically fined $100,000, and lifetime ban from the Park. As far as someone getting gored or flipped by a elk, buffalo, or bear in the Park by not respecting the animals space, that's just natural selection. Fourth generation Montanan here and proud.
