vividly remember that winter. I was one of the few visiting nurses with a 4 wheel drive vehicle. I was sent out to patient's houses in Missoula County to do emergency visits and to make sure that the snow was taken off trailer roofs of the elderly so they would not cave in. It was brutally cold. I sometimes did visits in -40F chill factor. No more of these winters now with global warming.....and thankfully I am retired.
